Our care is person centred, flexible and designed to help you to live as independently as possible in your own home.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all our staff require an enhanced DBS in order to work.

WHAT DOES CARE WITH CASA LOOK LIKE?

Assessing your needs

Our tailored care starts with an assessment designed to identify your needs and how best to address them. From the assessment we develop a care plan, which will be agreed with you.

A team of carers will be allocated, to ensure the continuity of care and relevant tasks will be placed into our carer app, which ensures tasks are completed and attendance is monitored for peace of mind.

We will review the care after six weeks and make any and all adjustments required, this period lets us get to know each other and better refine our care based on your needs.

With regular communication including surveys we can ensure consistent care quality, and outside of office hours we always have a supervisor on duty to resolve any emergency problems.

Our training is proudly second to none, all staff must pass an induction process including shadowing visits and a 12 week probation with spot checks and field supervision to always make sure the best care is provided.

We believe proper care starts with trust, and do our best to reflect that at all times.
